Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one mental health counseling sessions via video chat, employing empathy and understanding to create a supportive environment.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to guide clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that effectively address individual client needs, preferences, and circumstances.
• Facilitate insightful discussions with clients to help them better understand their emotions, relationships, and behaviors.
• Regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans while coaching clients on healthy coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current, full licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Applicants must have a clean record with no limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with telehealth platforms are necessary to support the remote work environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are critical for building strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, further boosting your ability to provide effective support to clients. Experience with specific client demographics or therapeutic techniques that align with our mission will be considered advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Best Of Care Inc. offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and working hours. In addition to a significant sign-on bonus, our benefits package includes a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time practitioners and weekly direct deposit for timely payment.
