Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and challenges, ensuring comprehensive diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique psychological and social factors affecting each client, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as individual and group therapy sessions, focused on promoting positive mental health outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a robust documentation process that supports continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other therapists, to deliver integrated care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
