Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients and developing comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on research-backed methodologies.
• Implementing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities to best serve individual client needs.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards to ensure confidentiality and quality of care.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic and coordinated patient care, enhancing treatment synergies.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously improve the quality of therapeutic services offered.
• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Staying current with the latest developments in the mental health field and integrating new insights into clinical practice to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in providing psychotherapy services, with a preference for those experienced in teletherapy.
• Strong proficiency in the principles and practices of solution-focused psychotherapy and evidence-based interventions.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
