Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to craft personalized treatment plans that address each client's mental health needs.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques to suit specific client circumstances and goals.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

Flourish Counsel Connect offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on caseload and experience.
