Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, observing ethical considerations and maintaining confidentiality.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic modalities to create effective treatment plans that cater to the diverse needs of your clients.
• Facilitate discussions aimed at helping clients develop insights into their feelings, relationships, and behaviors, fostering a deeper understanding of their experiences.
• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Assist clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms to empower them in managing their mental health independently.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Compensation is competitively structured, with a salary range of USD 90,000 to $100,000 per year, dependent on hours worked.
