Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a significant role in our outpatient treatment center tailored for young adults aged 18 to 30. Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging and supportive group sessions where clients can share their stories, connect with peers, and learn coping strategies in a safe space.
• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling sessions to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and actions, while empowering them to develop effective coping mechanisms.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that align with their unique goals, preferences, and life situations.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to closely track clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
