Therapy Aura Clinic is seeking a dedicated and Licensed Mental Health Therapist, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, or Clinical Social Work, to provide exceptional mental health care to our community. This full-time role is based remotely, allowing for flexibility while serving clients in an outpatient setting.

Work Environment

Our clinic is open Monday through Saturday, allowing flexibility in scheduling for clinicians. We offer in-house credentialing and manage insurance participation, allowing our therapists to concentrate on providing care without administrative distractions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying needs and developing tailored therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with fellow staff and interdisciplinary teams to develop and document care plans, participating in regular meetings such as patient rounds to ensure a coordinated approach.
• Provide case management for assigned patients, including consultations and coordination with hospital and community resources to optimize their care.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices, to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and standards.
• Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity when addressing the diverse needs of patients across varying demographics.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The therapist will engage with a wide array of clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our compassionate approach aims to create a safe space for all clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while receiving guidance and support from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Possession of an active state license as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health or counseling setting is required.
• Availability to conduct between 10 to 40 counseling sessions per week, providing flexibility in work hours.

Preferred Experience

Experience in outpatient therapy, specifically utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based modalities, is preferred. Familiarity with case management processes and community resource navigation will be advantageous in providing comprehensive support to our clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
