Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of clients to evaluate their mental health concerns, utilizing structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans to address clients' unique challenges, integrating evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and group therapy sessions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to engage clients effectively.
• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team to ensure that all aspects of a client’s care are addressed and that communication among professionals remains open and effective.
• Provide educational resources and emotional support to clients' families, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring accurate documentation of client progress and outcomes.

The clients you will be serving at our clinic range widely in demographics—including various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and presenting issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
