The remote nature of this position allows you to work from anywhere in Pennsylvania, empowering you to establish a comfortable work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals.
• Deliver ongoing psychotherapy to clients via our telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and supportive virtual environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress notes, treatment updates, and compliance with Pennsylvania's licensing regulations.
• Attend optional clinical team meetings and peer consults to share insights and enhance therapeutic strategies.
• Collaborate with internal staff and external providers when appropriate to coordinate care and resources for clients.
• Uphold the ethical standards of social work practice while engaging with clients, promoting their dignity and autonomy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and transitional life changes. Your therapeutic expertise will be pivotal in helping them navigate their unique journeys towards recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field; a Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program is required.
• Demonstrable competency in using evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience in providing mental health counseling.
• Familiarity and comfort with technology and online therapy platforms.
• Experience working with a diverse client demographic is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
