Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each patient's unique mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans informed by best practices.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to address the specific needs of your clients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide coordinated care and maximize treatment efficacy.
• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights and strategies to enhance clinical practices and patient care.
• Educate and empower patients and their families by providing resources and knowledge about mental health, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the mental health field to continuously improve therapeutic approaches and enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds and with different mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits
