Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans that utilize best practices and evidence-based interventions.
• Administer therapy sessions employing solution-focused techniques tailored to each individual’s unique circumstances, ensuring that every client feels heard and supported.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to promote coordinated care and enhance patient treatment outcomes.

Qualifications
