Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions through secure video chat, ensuring high-quality services tailored to client needs.
• Create a supportive atmosphere that encourages clients to express their thoughts and feelings candidly.
• Assist clients in defining and achieving their therapeutic goals by employing evidence-based therapies and interventions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans while proactively identifying obstacles to recovery and preventing maladaptive behaviors.
• Guide clients in discovering and implementing healthy coping strategies to manage their mental health effectively.
• Regularly monitor and assess clients’ progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to improve outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve predominantly include adults experiencing low acuity mental health issues. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they are conducive to a therapeutic online setting, allowing you to focus on providing optimal counseling without the complications associated with higher acuity cases. Our goal is to meet the mental health needs of various demographics, ensuring each client receives the support aligned with their specific backgrounds and preferences.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• A current and independent Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective therapeutic relationships.
• Strong interpersonal abilities characterized by empathy and understanding in a remote counseling context.
• Proficient with technology tools and platforms relevant to teletherapy practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a teletherapy setting is a plus, though passion and dedication to client welfare will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
