Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, ensuring accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are aligned with evidence-based practices, addressing the unique challenges faced by your clients.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, using proven therapeutic modalities to assist clients in their recovery journeys.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate holistic care and whose focus is on the clients’ best interests.
• Educate and support clients' families, helping to foster an understanding of the treatment process, and encourage their active involvement in recovery.
• Maintain comprehensive, confidential documentation of all client interactions and progress in line with ethical and regulatory standards to promote quality of care.
