Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for each client, ensuring their unique needs are addressed.
• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions utilizing effective, evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in accordance with relevant legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for our clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in workshops and training opportunities to refine your skills and remain informed about mental health innovations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Your role will involve providing empathetic care to individuals and families from different backgrounds, particularly those who have historically had limited access to mental health resources. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload.
