Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for new clients to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse client base that includes individuals facing emotional distress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in an outpatient or telehealth setting.
• Knowledgeable about ethical guidelines, legal regulations, and best practices in counseling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients from a wide range of backgrounds.
• Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and have a good command of relevant technology for telehealth services.

Preferred Experience
