Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring compliance with best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care to clients.
• Stay current on developments in the mental health field by attending relevant workshops and professional development courses.
• Communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and foster a supportive therapeutic relationship throughout their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Miracle Mental Health Counseling, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Hold an active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing counseling practice and client confidentiality.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as trauma, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant software tools to enhance client management and documentation.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment, effectively collaborating with other mental health professionals.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
