Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine the appropriateness of therapeutic interventions for clients.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring customized care for each client.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, attending regular team meetings to discuss treatment goals and progress for clients.
• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems for documentation.
• Stay current with developments in mental health through participation in professional development opportunities and workshops.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from varied backgrounds and age groups facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Competitive annual salary range of USD $80,000 – $100,000, dependent on caseload and experience.
