Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for diverse client populations, including individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques.
• Maintain accurate clinical records as per legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and documentation integrity.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care and adapt treatment strategies as necessary based on client progress.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and seminars, to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health practice.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work primarily with clients facing a variety of challenges, including stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a counseling or mental health setting is mandatory for consideration.
• A thorough understanding of legal requirements and ethical standards governing therapeutic practices in the state.

• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other relevant digital tools to facilitate therapy and documentation processes.

Preferred Experience

• A proven history of working effectively within a healthcare team or multi-disciplinary setting.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of USD 60,000 – 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
