Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing LPCs the flexibility to serve clients from the comfort of their own homes. De Lucia Behavioral Health Center utilizes state-of-the-art telehealth technology to facilitate seamless interactions between counselors and clients. You will work in an environment that prioritizes collaboration and teamwork, despite geographical distances, by using various video conferencing and electronic health record systems to maintain consistent communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create tailored treatment plans for clients based on initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, ensuring a personalized approach to healing.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based practices and methodologies.
• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to effectively address client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including intake interviews and diagnostic evaluations, utilizing standardized assessment tools to gather detailed client information.
• Maintain detailed progress notes and treatment records in compliance with federal and state regulations, ensuring that our documentation meets the highest standard.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to deliver holistic and integrated care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at De Lucia Behavioral Health Center, you will serve a diverse clientele that may include individuals dealing with stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance abuse. Your role is pivotal in supporting various demographic groups, and you will help foster a safe environment for clients to express their experiences and feelings through thoughtful intervention and support.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical or telehealth setting.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly desirable.
• Experience working within a teletherapy framework is an asset, as our services are primarily delivered through telehealth technology.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise. In addition, you will receive a variety of benefits, including:
