Key Responsibilities

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via telehealth platforms, ensuring each session is tailored to the individual needs of your clients.
• Implement solution-focused treatment modalities to address various mental health concerns, enhancing clients' ability to cope and thrive.
• Construct and maintain personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, regularly assessing their progress towards achieving these objectives.
• Facilitate insightful discussions to help clients understand their feelings, experiences, and relationships, promoting self-awareness and personal growth.
• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, providing support and resources to help clients develop healthy coping mechanisms.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your dedication and efforts, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, contingent on your hours worked and experience level. Additional benefits include:
