Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to create a comfortable workspace tailored to your needs. Key Responsibilities

• Support individuals and families in developing constructive problem-solving skills and coping strategies.
• Engage clients through thoughtful dialogue to help them articulate their feelings and behaviors effectively, contributing to better self-awareness.
• Design and execute personalized treatment plans focused on resolving family dynamics, changing destructive behaviors, and addressing other personal challenges.
• Utilize telemedicine technology to conduct client sessions efficiently, ensuring secure and confidential interactions.
• Continuously assess client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to meet therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult clients who are seeking support for mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and interpersonal relationship challenges. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, each with their own unique experiences and needs. You will play a significant role in helping them navigate their mental health journeys and achieving healthier lifestyles.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling is required.
• An active LPCC license issued by the State of California is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic principles and methodologies that promote diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation related to mental health disorders.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience, specifically in providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions.
• Experience working with adult clients struggling with depression, anxiety, and a variety of other mental health conditions is highly preferred.
• Proficient in using computers and video conferencing software; experience in telemedicine practices is a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 - 130,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
