Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address clients' concerns and set realistic goals for therapy.
• Deliver high-quality counseling sessions through secure online platforms, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system to track progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to fostering a client-centered approach.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing telehealth services, particularly with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
