Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your work schedule without the need for a daily commute. Our outpatient office in Arlington serves as a hub for team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand the unique needs and challenges faced by each client.
• Develop personalized therapeutic strategies that may include interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring that all interventions adhere to evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards to safeguard client confidentiality.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, trainings, and supervision to stay current with advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse client base includes individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their therapeutic goals through tailored counseling approaches that foster resilience and promote well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current and active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic techniques and client care.
• Strong knowledge of legal, ethical, and clinical standards within the mental health field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid setting is a plus, showcasing your ability to utilize technology effectively in client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
