Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and work directly with clients to collaboratively set and achieve personalized treatment goals.
• Provide tailored, prevention-oriented therapy that addresses clients' unique situations, fostering resilience and coping skills.
• Develop, implement, and review comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and client feedback.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community resources, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including session notes and treatment progress, consistent with clinic policies.
• Support administrative tasks related to your caseload, including managing client referrals and participating in staff meetings to enhance clinic operations.
• Contribute to enriching our organizational culture by sharing insights, collaboration, and creative ideas during team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Our clinic emphasizes culturally competent care, and you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with clients from various backgrounds, fostering trust and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid mental health license such as LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).
• Education requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective client interactions and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of one year of relevant experience as a mental health counselor or in a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits
