Work Environment

This remote role offers a unique opportunity to work in an outpatient office setting, allowing you to balance your professional commitments with personal needs. You will work Monday through Friday, enjoying a work-life balance with no evening or weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and empathetic group therapy sessions designed to promote connection, sharing, and collaborative learning among clients.
• Individual Counseling: Provide one-on-one therapy to clients, helping them explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and create action plans tailored to their personal goals.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans, ensuring that their individual preferences and needs are considered.
• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, sharing insights and coordinating care to ensure comprehensive treatment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom are dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional life issues. This demographic often requires specialized approaches that are sensitive to their developmental stage and unique life circumstances. Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
