Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional status, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address each client's specific goals, needs, and circumstances, ensuring a client-centered approach to care.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide individual, family, and group therapy, adapting strategies as necessary based on client progress and feedback.
• Monitor clients' progress diligently, documenting changes and interventions, and adjust treatment plans accordingly to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress, following established protocols to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering strictly to legal and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and allied health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
• Engage in continuous learning by staying abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment practices and participating in regular training and supervision sessions.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Washington.
