Courage Path Therapy Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LICSW professionals, to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and screenings of clients to evaluate mental health concerns, using standardized tools and clinical interviews to inform personalized treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that effectively address the specific goals and needs of each client, often incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to diverse circumstances.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques rooted in recognized approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care, frequently participating in team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.
• Provide education and support to clients’ family members, fostering their involvement in treatment and enhancing their understanding of the recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in alignment with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, utilizing appropriate electronic health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve represent a diverse spectrum of backgrounds and experiences, including individuals dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in Washington State.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience with a focus on mood disorders is highly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based practices, particularly in the treatment of mood disorders.
• In-depth knowledge of psychopharmacology and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with psychiatrists.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated ability to achieve favorable client outcomes in treating mood disorders, including measurable success in therapeutic interventions.
• Experience conducting telehealth sessions and familiarity with digital billing or record-keeping systems.
• A strategic mindset with a track record of adapting therapy modalities based on individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Yearly salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
