Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify each client’s unique mental health needs using standardized tools and frameworks.
• Developing personalized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Implementing therapeutic interventions in real-time, guiding clients through challenging emotional landscapes with empathy and tailored strategies.
• Maintaining meticulous and confidential clinical records that align with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating your commitment to professional standards.
• Collaborating with a diverse team of mental health professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to create holistic treatment plans for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a mental health clinical setting, showcasing your depth of knowledge and competence in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
