Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, utilizing comprehensive assessments and evaluations.
• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, employing scientifically-backed therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care for all clients.
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements applicable in the state of Texas.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development pursuits to stay abreast of advancements and research in the mental health arena.

Qualifications

• Hold an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exhibit profound knowledge of applicable legal and ethical standards governing counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary range for this position is USD 60,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
