Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Triangle Counseling Services, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, developing rapport, and maintaining professional boundaries to foster a therapeutic alliance.
• Conducting regular sessions to evaluate client progress and stability, facilitating updates on treatment plans and making discharge recommendations when necessary.
• Creating and implementing tailored, person-centered treatment plans that address individual client needs and goals.
• Completing thorough intake assessments and maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, adhering to all applicable regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Engaging in weekly individual supervision sessions to support your professional development and clinical skills enhancement.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and optimal client outcomes.
• Embracing a growth mindset as you adapt to evolving challenges and seek continual development in your counseling practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient services cater to a wide range of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.
• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of prior experience providing counseling services in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for documentation and communication, including experience with spreadsheets, RMS systems, and scheduling tools such as RMS and PIMSY.
• Strong skills in providing individual psychotherapy and conducting detailed intake assessments.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be considered more favorably:

• Advanced training in specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy).
• Experience working with acute care populations and in trauma-informed practices.
• Fluency in multiple languages to better serve our diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
