Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans for each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, empowering them to navigate mental health challenges.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused techniques.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to best practices.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and develop comprehensive treatment strategies for complex cases.
• Participate in continuous learning through workshops and training in cutting-edge mental health practices, contributing to our team's collective expertise.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, demonstrating effectiveness in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
