Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations upon initial client contact to determine appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Deliver a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Engage in the ongoing evaluation of treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care to clients, addressing co-occurring disorders and related challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records following ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.
• Commit to professional development by staying abreast of the latest research and therapeutic techniques through workshops, continuing education, and industry conferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on providing counseling services to individuals across varying age groups who are struggling with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications
