Growth Revive Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor to join our dedicated team in a full-time telehealth capacity. As a vital member of our practice, you will engage with clients through virtual sessions, assess their mental health needs, and collaboratively establish tailored therapeutic interventions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders.

Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to support clients through telehealth platforms from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments during virtual sessions to evaluate client mental health status, psychosocial history, and establish baseline metrics for treatment progress.
• Design individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and are responsive to the clinical needs of the patient and their personal goals.
• Facilitate weekly or bi-weekly online therapy sessions to provide ongoing support and intervention, applying therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Regularly monitor and adjust therapy plans based on patient feedback and clinical observations to ensure optimal treatment efficacy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive patient care and develop integrated treatment strategies.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently to document sessions, track treatment progress, and maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA standards.
• Provide patients with resources and referrals to external support services when necessary, empowering them to embrace holistic wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor, you will engage with a diverse clientele composed of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and addiction. Our clients come from various cultural backgrounds, and your cultural competence will be instrumental in establishing rapport and effective treatment pathways. The focus will be on fostering a safe, inclusive space where clients feel respected and heard.

Qualifications

• Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrate a minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience with a strong emphasis on mental health disorders.
• Exhibit strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques, crisis intervention skills, and ethical practices in therapy.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect genuinely with a diverse range of clients.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a telehealth environment and familiarity with various digital communication platforms.
• Background in both individual and group therapy practices, with a focus on culturally responsive methods.
• Expertise in treatment considerations for specific demographics, such as adolescents, veterans, or LGBTQ+ clients.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
