Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies for clients with diverse needs. Deliver therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Maintain meticulous clinical documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate record-keeping that reflects client progress and treatment modifications. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to enhance client outcomes through integrated care approaches. Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions, fostering an environment of continuous learning and quality improvement. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will involve working with a diverse population, including children, adults, couples, and families grappling with various mental health issues. Qualifications A minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. At least two years of experience providing clinical counseling in a mental health setting. A strong theoretical understanding of various therapeutic models and approaches, including CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapy. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds. Proficiency in utilizing EMR software and technology to enhance clinical practice. Preferred Experience Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling for enhanced therapeutic service delivery. Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to comprehensive care models. Knowledge of legal and ethical standards related to counseling and mental health practices. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
