Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients by conducting comprehensive evaluations to identify their individual needs and challenges.
• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their strengths and goals.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions through our telehealth platform, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all sessions, including progress notes and treatment updates, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Cooperate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes for clients.
• Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality and ethics in all aspects of your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will support cover a broad spectrum of ages and backgrounds, facing various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more. You will work with individuals who are motivated to overcome their difficulties and improve their overall quality of life. Your role will be instrumental in guiding them through their mental health journeys and fostering resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience, demonstrating your ability to manage client cases effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in delivering telehealth services is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
• Background in working with diverse populations and understanding cultural sensitivity in counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits

Restora Care Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
