Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for new clients to understand their unique mental health needs and priorities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices and tailored interventions.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family counseling sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Engage in regular collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care for clients, enhancing overall treatment efficacy.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health counseling through professional development opportunities and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele ranges from adolescents to adults and includes individuals and families coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Texas.
• Proven experience in providing counseling services, particularly in an outpatient setting.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of current trends in the mental health field.

Preferred Experience

• Experienced in digital therapy platforms and EHR systems to enhance clinical documentation and streamline client interactions.
• Prior experience working with specific client populations, such as children, LGBTQ+ individuals, or the elderly, is highly valued.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care will aid in addressing diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and expertise. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
