However, you will also have the opportunity to engage in in-person sessions at our outpatient office as needed. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring thorough evaluations and assessments are conducted.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic approaches to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting methods as necessary based on patient feedback and progress.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address the holistic needs of clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and continued education to remain current with mental health trends and treatment advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at High Point Advance Medical PC, you will work with a varied patient population that includes individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse problems. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is essential.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Proven understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred.
• Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with telemedicine platforms.
• A background in community mental health services is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
