Our organization uses a cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) system that ensures compliance with insurance regulations, including Medicaid and Medicare, while streamlining your documentation process. Our telehealth platform is HIPAA compliant, ensuring confidentiality and security during your virtual sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling sessions to clients facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and dual diagnosis.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, promoting their journey towards recovery and empowerment.
• Utilize our cloud-based EHR to document all client interactions diligently while ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
• Maintain client confidentiality and safety during all interactions, providing a supportive environment conducive to healing.
• Conduct assessment sessions with new clients to identify issues and problem areas, enabling the crafting of specific therapeutic strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions aimed at enhancing your clinical skills and staying updated on the latest mental health practices.

The clients you will serve come from a broad spectrum of backgrounds, representing various ages, ethnicities, and cultures. Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients promptly.
• Reliable access to a laptop or desktop computer, high-speed internet, and a web camera for effective telehealth sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and an understanding of trauma-informed care approaches.
• Background working with diverse populations and an appreciation for cultural competence.
• Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including potential evening and weekend sessions, as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
