Utilize advanced electronic record systems to maintain an organized workflow and document client interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients through interviews, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans that address their distinctive needs.
• Implement and coordinate psychosocial programs that leverage community resources, ensuring holistic support for our clients.
• Serve as a resource for educational content development for individual and group counseling, ensuring adherence to best practices in therapy.
• Build and maintain rapport with clients, enabling accurate diagnoses and effective treatment strategies for emotional, mental, and behavioral disorders.
• Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention as necessary, equipping clients with coping strategies and resources to manage emergencies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, health educators, and community partners to create a unified support system for clients.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in our clinical documentation system to ensure continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional education, including conducting health-related workshops for various age groups, to foster awareness and resilience in the community.
• Participate actively in team meetings, client reviews, and training sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal LPC will work with a diverse clientele ranging from young adults to middle-aged individuals, addressing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. The role requires a profound commitment to understanding clients' unique experiences and backgrounds, allowing for tailored interventions that promote healing and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients.
• Ability to utilize clinical assessment tools and frameworks for effective diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and record-keeping.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time LPC position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
