Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups undergoing therapy.
• Monitor client progress through regular assessments, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to promote continued growth and well-being.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients in urgent need, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate support.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients' families and collaborate with community service providers to develop a support network for clients.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all services rendered, adhering to organizational and legal standards.
• Participate in clinical meetings, quality assurance activities, and in-service training; share insights to help refine models of care.
• Offer consultation to other healthcare professionals to enhance interdisciplinary collaboration within patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The position involves working closely with a diverse population of students experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits
