This full-time, remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging directly with clients through our outpatient clinic based in Houston, Texas. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to clients dealing with major mental illnesses and emotional disorders through both remote consultations and occasional community engagement.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, utilizing shared goals to enhance the service delivery process.
• Engage respectfully with clients from diverse backgrounds, adapting methods of communication and treatment to meet their unique needs and perspectives.
• Adhere to established ethical guidelines and organizational policies while effectively navigating external systems that influence client care.
• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, developing integrated care plans tailored to facilitate clients’ recovery journeys.
• Monitor client progress through regular meetings, ensuring their care aligns with their treatment goals and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Assist in crisis intervention, utilizing rapid assessment skills to manage urgent situations.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services and outcomes, ensuring compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute insights at team meetings to enhance overall therapy effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with serious mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. This role is particularly suited for candidates who are passionate about servicing underprivileged populations and possess an intrinsic desire to make a meaningful difference in their clients' lives.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Texas is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
• Possess a minimum of two years of clinical experience, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment modalities.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills to manage client caseloads efficiently and ensure timely service delivery.
• Competency in addressing a wide spectrum of developmental issues pertinent to the populations served.

Preferred Experience

• Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are highly preferred to better serve our diverse clientele.
• Experience in clinical settings where a strong focus on crisis management and risk assessment is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
