Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, crafting initial impressions that act as foundations for ongoing treatment.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet individualized goals, regularly evaluating progress to ensure clients are achieving desired outcomes.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic interventions and techniques that fit our diverse client demographics.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver cohesive and holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s well-being are considered.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and therapy sessions in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Participate actively in clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to refine therapeutic skills and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. You will provide essential services to clients dealing with mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance abuse, tailoring your approach to suit their individual circumstances and therapeutic needs. Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the state of Texas.
• A master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field accredited by relevant educational bodies.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating the ability to effectively engage clients in therapeutic dialogue.
• Strong proficiency with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies relevant to mental health treatment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that promote rapport-building with clients in a remote environment.
• A commitment to ethical practice and the maintenance of client confidentiality throughout all interactions.

Preferred Experience

While 2 years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specific therapeutic modalities or specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care, couples therapy, or addiction treatment will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology-based therapy is highly desirable, as it will aid in seamless client interactions in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
