Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake evaluations to establish clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy to address clients' mental health issues.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, encouraging personal growth and emotional resilience.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards, facilitating continuity of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and supervision to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
