Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients in a telehealth setting, establishing and maintaining a trusting rapport while ensuring adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate client needs and establish appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Develop, implement, and regularly monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's circumstances and mental health goals.
• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions, focusing on client progress, stability, and participation in a discharge planning process when suitable.
• Maintain detailed progress notes and documentation for each client, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions aimed at enhancing clinical skills and addressing challenges faced during treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Adopt a growth mindset, actively seeking opportunities for professional development and continuing education.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role targets youth and families seeking mental health support, including strategies for coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Clinicians will work closely with young clients—often faced with unique challenges—and play a vital role in their mental well-being and personal development.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a mental health field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Able to meet internal credentialing requirements pertinent to telehealth practices.
• Strong understanding of clinical assessments and therapeutic methodologies.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic health record software for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of one year of experience working with patients facing psychiatric challenges or substance use issues.
• Experience in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and delivering both individual and group therapy.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and technologies.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from USD 65,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
