The Restorative Touch Counseling Center is on the lookout for an experienced and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is uniquely designed to support mental health services through a remote telehealth setting, allowing you to provide much-needed counseling to clients from the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized counseling sessions via telehealth for clients seeking support for a variety of emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans, setting realistic goals and strategies in collaboration with clients to track progress and adapt as necessary.
• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions, providing guidance on interpersonal dynamics and conflict resolution.
• Utilize and maintain comprehensive electronic health records (EHR) to document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Engage in regular consultation and teamwork with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance client care.
• Stay informed about the latest counseling techniques, research developments, and trends in mental health to continuously improve service delivery and client engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. A strong emphasis on cultural competence is essential, as each client may come from various backgrounds and experiences, requiring personalized and sensitive approaches.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• An active state license as a Professional Counselor is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in counseling practice.
• Proficiency with telehealth systems and technology for remote counseling is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth counseling and a demonstrated ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to a remote setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of various cultural perspectives on mental health.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, depending on experience and caseload.
