Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify each client's mental health issues and treatment needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans that are sensitive to the unique contexts and backgrounds of each client.
• Deliver targeted counseling sessions using evidence-based methodologies to help clients progress towards their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain an empathetic and non-judgmental demeanor throughout the counseling process, encouraging open communication.
• Continuously assess and adapt treatment strategies and intervention lengths based on client progress and feedback.
• Make appropriate referrals to other mental health professionals or resources when required for comprehensive care.
• Stay updated on the latest research and methodologies in the field of mental health counseling to enhance treatment effectiveness.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Blissful Health, you will engage with a diverse population that includes individuals of varying ages, backgrounds, and mental health concerns. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in counseling or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Texas, in accordance with state regulations.

• Proven skills in developing customized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• A willingness to actively collaborate with other healthcare providers when appropriate for a unified approach to care.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
