Key Responsibilities Conduct ethical and compassionate one-on-one mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms. Implement solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to support individual client needs. Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans based on thorough client assessments and ongoing therapy goals. Facilitate client self-discovery by encouraging insights about their thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field. Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
