Key Responsibilities Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions, utilizing video chat technology to maintain a safe and accessible environment for clients. Employ solution-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances, fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust. Create individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs, goals, and preferences of each client, regularly reviewing and updating them based on progress. Guide clients in developing insights into their emotions, relationships, and experiences, facilitating personal growth and resilience. Monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey and assist in building effective and healthy coping mechanisms to enhance their well-being. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required. Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of New Jersey. Proficient computer skills are necessary, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems. Preferred Experience A demonstrated track record of providing effective mental health counseling in an outpatient office or remote setting. Experience utilizing various therapeutic modalities and treatment methods to support client-specific needs. Previous work in mental health settings with a focus on telehealth services is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
