Key Responsibilities Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Delivering evidence-based therapy through individual sessions, employing a range of therapeutic modalities to stimulate personal growth and improve mental health. Establishing clear therapeutic goals, monitoring client progress, and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Providing teletherapy services, accommodating clients facing accessibility challenges or preferring virtual engagement. Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements. Engaging in regular professional development and staying updated with best practices in mental health treatment. Patient Population / Client Focus In this role, you will work primarily with adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. You will play a critical role in helping clients develop coping strategies, build resilience, and achieve their treatment goals. Your compassionate and empathetic approach will be essential in fostering therapeutic relationships that encourage openness and healing. Qualifications A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. A master's degree (MSW or equivalent) or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in a way that fosters trust and encourages client engagement. Deep empathy and a non-judgmental attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, the following experiences would be advantageous: Prior experience in private practice or community mental health settings. Knowledge of specific therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care approaches. Experience in developing programs or workshops addressing mental health education and awareness. Compensation and Benefits This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, contingent upon experience and caseload.
