Key Responsibilities Provide individualized therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, working directly with clients to establish and accomplish personalized treatment goals. Design and implement prevention-oriented therapy strategies, adapting techniques to meet diverse client needs. Develop, execute, and periodically review comprehensive treatment plans to track clients' progress and adjust approaches accordingly. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including other therapists and external agencies, to enhance client referrals and care coordination. Maintain accurate electronic documentation for each session, ensuring all reports are completed promptly to remain compliant with organizational standards. Manage an active caseload, keeping meticulous session notes that reflect therapeutic progress and challenges. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to discuss cases, share successes, and contribute to workplace culture. Actively contribute to enhancing our workplace environment, fostering team spirit, and supporting colleagues. Patient Population / Client Focus Your practice will encompass a wide spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications Must hold a valid and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. At least one year of professional experience in mental health counseling or a closely related area is essential. Demonstrated familiarity with community mental health resources to better serve our clientele. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction and documentation. Strong ability to build rapport with clients and exhibit empathy in therapeutic settings. Leadership qualities that foster a team-oriented environment. Preferred Experience Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy delivery. Knowledge of various therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Background working in community-based mental health settings, such as schools or health clinics.
